Connect your WhatsApp Business account to Handoff.
Integrate your WhatsApp Business account to respond to customers directly from Handoff.
Setup Instructions
- Go to Channels in your user menu and click Add Channel.
- Select WhatsApp.
- You will be prompted to use the embedded signup flow which requires logging in with your Facebook/Meta App credentials.
- Go through the wizard in the pop-up to select/create a WhatsApp Business Account and selecting/adding a phone number.
- Once you complete the pop-up wizard steps, it will close and you'll see the process messages connecting your phone number to Handoff.
- Click Done once the process completes.
