Connecting Channels
Overview of supported communication channels.
Channels are the gateways through which your customers communicate with your business. Handoff allows you to connect multiple numbers and accounts from various platforms into one workspace.
Navigate to Channels in your user menu to manage your integrations.
Only users with Owner or Admin role are allowed to add or modify channels.
