Connect your Facebook Page to manage Messenger chats directly in Handoff.

Bring your Facebook Page's Messenger conversations into your unified Handoff inbox. This allows your team and AI agents to respond to customer inquiries from Facebook in real-time.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Channels in your user menu.
  2. Click on Add Channel and select Facebook Messenger.
  3. Log in with Facebook to authorize Handoff to access your Facebook Page's Messenger messages.
  4. Once connected, you can assign the channel in an AI agent to handle the incoming messages for this Facebook Page.
