Connect your Instagram Professional account.
Handle Instagram Direct Messages directly alongside your other channels.
Setup Instructions
- Ensure your Instagram account is set to a Professional/Business account (linking to a Facebook Page is not required).
- Go to Channels in your user menu and select Add Channel > Instagram.
- Log in with Facebook to authorize Handoff to access your Instagram messages.
- Select the specific Instagram account you wish to connect.
- Save the configuration. Messages sent to your Instagram inbox will now appear in Handoff.
